Staff events
From summer party to long night: events that bring workforces together across shifts, sites and departments. We plan the run of show, catering and transport so everyone really is there.

Anniversaries
Company history you can see, hear and touch. We translate milestones, archive images and founder stories into stage design, exhibition and staging — built with our own equipment, from the picture frame to the last spotlight.

Open days
Operations and public in the same place on the same day. We plan visitor flow, barriers, catering and programme so your people can show what they do — marquees, furniture and staff come from our own warehouse.

Themed decoration
One theme carried consistently through the whole room — from the invitation and the entrance to the table setting. We design the concept, build sets and props ourselves and deliver the decoration from our own warehouse.

Christmas dinners
From a festive gala dinner for 40 to a roaring Christmas party for 800. We find the venue, dress the tables, bring light, sound and stage, and take care of menu, music and the moment the management wants to say a few words.

Conferences & general meetings
Clear direction for dense programmes. We build stage, sound, light and projection, look after speakers, organise registration and voting — and hold the schedule even when the agenda grows.

Roadshows & trade fairs
One appearance that works in several places. Scenic construction, transport and crews come from us — we staff it on site and set it up and take it down again.

Public events
Open events where crowd flow and safety add up. We prepare permits, traffic and safety concepts, provide the infrastructure from barriers to marquees and coordinate authorities, clubs and partners.

Brand activations
A brand message turned into a place to take part. We build stations where your product becomes genuinely tangible — scenic construction, technology, staff and support for the whole run: internationally, too.
